Honeywell has delivered advanced solutions within the Middle East since the 1960s, driving growth across a wide spectrum of industries. As one of the world's largest technology providers, Honeywell is well-placed to help the region realize its most ambitious goals, including the vision for smarter cities, which can greatly improve the quality of life for citizens, residents and visitors alike.
The Middle East edition of the Honeywell Smart Building Score™ assessed 620 buildings across seven major cities - Abu Dhabi, Dammam/Dhahran, Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh and Kuwait City - covering airports, hospitals, commercial office and residential buildings, hotels, schools and shopping malls.
The findings reveal valuable insights, while creating a framework that can be used to make Middle Eastern buildings smarter - to put them to work for their occupants and contribute to a smarter city.
