Q. Is there a cost to participation?

A. No

Q. Is participation restricted to one building per company?

Q. Will I receive the outcomes of the survey?

A. Yes, instantly on survey completion

Q. My building is a 15 year old school / hospital / residential building. It can’t possibly compete with a modern 5-star hotel. Should I still participate?

A. Yes, get to know your smart score,peer comparison & areas of improvement

Q. We don’t use Honeywell products. Can we participate?

A. Yes, the survey checks assets, not product brands

Q. How will you verify survey responses?

A. Shortlisted buildings will be visited by KPMG for onsite validation

Q. Will the scores be made public? What if my buildings score low?

A. Scores of all participating buildings are kept confidential

Q. Is this survey applicable to buildings currently under construction?

A. For the purposes of Awards 2017, participating buildings should be fully operational for at least 6 months
